Booking terms
The following terms apply to booking and cancelling accommodation at the Isokelo apartments. The terms become binding on both parties once the guest has paid the rent and any other charges for the booking in full.
Booking and payment
Book the apartment using the contact form or by calling Arja Palola on +358 50 351 5466.
We will email you an invoice for the booking, payable by the due date. The booking is confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full.
If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately. If payment has not been received by the due date, the booking is considered cancelled.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@isokelo.fi. A cancellation takes effect when the email has been received.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your stay, the amount paid is refunded less the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable. No refund is given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay.
If the booking is cancelled because the guest or a close relative falls ill, has an accident or dies, the guest is entitled to a full refund. The cancellation must be made immediately, together with a medical certificate or other reliable evidence sent to info@isokelo.fi.
The owner's right to cancel
In the event of force majeure, the owner may cancel the booking, in which case the guest receives a full refund. The owner may also cancel the booking if payments are not made on time.
Your stay at Isokelo
The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
The rent includes free use of the apartment. Guests bring their own bed linen unless otherwise agreed. Final cleaning and firewood are included in the price.
One space in the carport is reserved for the apartment. At the back of the carport there is a locked ski maintenance room with a waxing bench, waxing iron, ski brush and scraper. The room is shared by both Isokelo apartments.
Guests must leave the apartment in good condition, report any damage to the apartment or its furnishings immediately and pay for it.
Charging electric cars at the cabin is not permitted. The nearest charging point is at the ski resort about 1.5 km away, and there are several charging points in Salla village.
Guests and house rules
- The number of guests agreed at booking must not be exceeded.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
